Music
At St. John’s, music is a vital part of our worship and community life. Whether you’re a seasoned musician or just love to sing, we have a place for you!

Chancel Choirs
The 9:00 AM and 11:15 AM Chancel Choirs assist in leading worship by singing hymns, service music, and anthems. Ability to read music is not required to participate in the Chancel Choirs. Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings from 7:00–8:30 PM. New members are always welcome! For more information, please contact Karen Clark, Organist and Choir Director, or contact the parish office.

Handbell Choir
The St. John’s Handbell Choir rehearses on Thursday evenings from 6:00–7:00 PM in the church and performs on special Sundays and holy days. The handbell choir is open to newcomers anytime! For more information, please contact Karen Clark, Organist and Choir Director, or contact the parish office.

Junior Choir
The St. John’s Junior Choir is open to children aged 4 through 8th grade and sings occasionally at 9:00 AM Sunday services. In addition to receiving voice training and basic music instruction, the children are also given opportunities to play instruments such as the xylophone and glockenspiel. Along the way they also share lots of fun and fellowship, building friendships as they learn and sing together. We love welcoming new members to our Junior Choir! The St. John’s Junior Choir is directed by Diane Lange.
