Lenten Program

Lenten Program St. John's“Lord, What Shall I Do To Inherit Eternal Life?” Luke 18:18

Applying the 10 Commandments and the Beatitudes

In the Parable of “The Rich Young Man” Jesus addresses the heart of His Mission – to bring eternal life to those who seek it. To this end He calls the man wealthy in material things to “come and follow Me” (Lk 18:22). This Lent at St. John’s we are going to step into this man’s shoes and listen to the same call to holiness and eternal life. We will reflect on how to apply the 10 Commandments and the Beatitudes to our daily life to help us grow into Christ and become an inheritor of eternal life.

Wednesdays in Lent 6:30 – 8:00 pm beginning with a Lenten Meal.
