Klein will continue his program on the Wisdom Literature of the Old Testament with a study of the Psalter. For all of Christian history, and especially for Anglicans, the Psalms have provided the most quoted and prayed passages of Holy Scripture. Join us!
Annual Meeting Potluck Breakfast, Sun., Jan 29 … Next Sunday, January 29th between the 9:00 and 11:15 services we will hold our Annual Parish Meeting. It will begin with a potluck breakfast, so please bring a breakfast casserole or side dish to share and plan to join us!
AYM “Bishop’s Ball” at St. John’s, Saturday, Feb 4 … The “Bishop’s Ball” diocesan youth event will be held here at St. John’s in Mitchell Hall on Saturday, Feb 4th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm in Mitchell Hall. It is open to 6th-12th graders and sponsors. The theme this year is “Masquerade.” Dinner will be served at 6 pm, followed by Evening Prayer, dancing, and Compline. Cost $7.
